#popupyogis Mini Challenge #2: 5 days of hammies!
In the second mini challenge this month, we are going to be showing some love to our hamstrings (and even hips)! These are great poses to incorporate into your routine, no matter whether you’re a yogi, a runner, or a lifter!
Flexible hamstrings improve the mobility of your hamstrings, which in turn help to reduce lower back problems. Increased range of motion can also help you with your form and prevent injuries when you’re playing other sports. 
Here is the challenge list from May 15th to May 19th:
Day 1: Standing forward foldDay 2: Gate poseDay 3: Splits (+ preparatory poses)Day 4: Intense side stretch poseDay 5: Standing forehead to knee pose
Here’s what you need to do:
Post your yoga pose of the day and tag it with #popupyogis and #sassyyogi!
I will be introducing variations and preparatory poses so remember to do what feels good for your body
Have fun and smile! It’s yoga practice, not yoga perfect!
